Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
1. How to Cancel
If you have an active paid plan, go to Settings -> "Subscriptions" and use the Manage Subscription button at the bottom of the page to open your billing portal and cancel renewal. If you cannot access your account, contact our support team at contact@cogniguide.app using your purchase email.
2. Renewals & Billing Cycles
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We bill in advance for each billing period (monthly or annually). After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next cycle, and your paid access remains active until your current period ends.
3. Proration
We do not prorate refunds for unused time. If required by local law, we will comply accordingly.
4. Account Deletion vs. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account. If you also want your account and data deleted, submit a deletion request in-app or contact support. We process deletion requests according to our data retention and legal obligations.
